Wine
Deep Woods Estate Yallingup Grand Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is from the original Abbey Vale vineyard planted in 1983, a single block near Yallingup in the northern Margaret River.
The Deep Woods Estate's Yallingup property is perched high on a ridge overlooking a secluded valley surrounded by jarrah and marri trees.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, mostly new. Just a handful of barrels which best showcase Yallingup's fruit character are selected for the final blend.
Deep purple red, Deep Woods Estate Yallingup Grand Selection Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavours and remarkable power, yet fine effortlessly silky tannins.
A classic Margaret River Cabernet. Produced only in exceptional vintages. Cellaring potential is 20 years.
